At CASEOGEN, we aim to provide high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience for every customer. Please read our Replacement & Refund Policy carefully to understand how returns, replacements, and refunds work.

1. Return & Replacement Window

Customers may request a return or replacement within 7 days from the date of delivery. Requests are only accepted if the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To verify any return or replacement claim, a clear unboxing video is mandatory.
The video must show the outer packaging, the opening process, and the exact condition of the item received. Claims made without an unboxing video cannot be processed.

3. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Cases

Returns, replacements, or refunds will not be accepted in the following situations:

  • Wrong model or design selected by the customer

  • Product disliked or does not meet personal expectations

  • Item used, scratched, or damaged after delivery

  • Request submitted after 7 days of delivery

  • Missing or unclear unboxing video

  • Customized or personalized orders (unless damaged or incorrect)

4. Customized / Personalized Orders

All CASEOGEN customized cases are made-to-order.
These orders cannot be returned or refunded unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.


Customers are advised to double-check their selected phone model and design before purchase.

5. Return Shipping & Replacement Process

If the claim is approved:

  • A free replacement will be arranged at no extra cost.

  • In most cases, customers do not need to return the product unless requested by our team.

  • The policy applies only to damaged, defective, or wrong items.

Customers must raise the request within 24 hours of delivery and share photos or videos for faster verification.

If the product is unavailable, the customer may choose between a full refund or store credit.

6. Refund Method

Refunds are not applicable for delivered custom or personalized products.

For eligible non-custom items:

  • Refund to the original payment method is processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Store credit is issued within 2–3 business days and includes a 10% bonus amount.
